Went out that night and of course BRU had no cribs in stock. Went to TRU and bought their only crib in stock. Had to wait there for over an hour because they didn't know how to input the voucher...but besides that the process with Jardine was totally fine. And we only had 3 days w/o a crib for the baby. The only issue is, if you don't have a back-up crib, you're out of luck until you get your new one!
