Just went to Berry Fresh Farm on Hooper/Brick Blvd in Brick. No entry fee. There is a hay stack maze for smaller kids in one of the greenhouses. Its cute, nothing too crazy. There is a haunted house inside thats scary and dark, we did manage to get a three year old to go thru and once he did he was ok, but he was scared at first. It is pretty spooky :) There are lots of good sized pumpkins, and lawn decor for halloween that are very reasonably priced as well as a good amount of fresh fruit. Fun for about 20 minutes or so.

Just went to Emery's Farm in New Egypt (25-30 min from TR). No entry fee. Field of (pre picked) pumpkins that are all relatively the same size - a little on the bigger side. Prices range from around $4-$10 ish, not bad at all. There's a corn husk maze for bigger kids, a hay maze for little kids that you can see over w/no prob (I think these are all a $2-$3 fee), there's a hayride and a country store with a great supply of goodies. And animals you can feed (goats and one lamb). Fun for around an hour or so. Great for the price.

Last year we went to Argos and it was free entry and each event (pony ride, face painting, hay ride, etc) were a small fee. This year it's $10 for every person older than 2 yrs old but I think the hayride and pony ride are included. Check the website.
